Club Registration Membership is open to children ages 6 to 18 years. No matter where you live, just follow these simple steps:
Complete a Membership Application
Get Parents or Legal Guardian signature
FREE Membership Requests (or $15 per child for 1 year membership):
ADDRESS: Bring COPY of a bill, report card, etc. that shows your address
INCOME: Bring COPY of Proof of Income (check stub, general assistance income, etc. If unemployed contact us for details)
If a child is 6 years old a COPY of the Birth Certificate is Required.
Next, Bring ALL forms and/or payments anytime during our regular operating hours. A Parent Orientation is REQUIRED as a condition of membership for all first time members.
